Recently, INDEL Sealing completed the iteration and upgrade of its CNC injection molding production line with newly added high-precision molding equipment, strengthening the mass production capacity of polyurethane hydraulic seals, PU piston oil seals and EU pneumatic wiper seals. This technical renovation optimizes the material formula of USI and YA series hydraulic seals, and the maximum pressure resistance of new products reaches 40MPa, suitable for heavy-duty working conditions of construction machinery cylinders.
Relying on self-developed NBR/FKM material system, the company expands production capacity of TC skeleton oil seals, PTFE guide tapes and metric O-rings, supplying complete hydraulic seal kits to customers from 48 countries. Strict dimensional inspection effectively reduces cylinder leakage risks, bringing repeated orders from multiple infrastructure equipment manufacturers. INDEL will keep optimizing wear-resistant sealing materials and launch customized sealing solutions for high-low temperature harsh environments.
