SPGW Hydraulic seals – Piston seals – SPGW
SPGW Seal are designed for double acting hydraulic cylinders which used in heavy hydraulic equipment. Perfect for heavy duty applications, it ensures high serviceability. It includes a Teflon mixture outer ring, a rubber inner ring and two POM backup rings. The rubber elastic ring provides stable radial elasticity to compensate wear. The use of Rectangular rings of different materials can make the SPGW type adapt to a wide range of working conditions. It has many advantages, such as wear resistance, impact resistance, high pressure resistance, easy installation and so on.

ODU Hydraulic seals – Piston seals – YXD ODU type
Standardized with the material of high performance NBR 85 Shore A, ODU are used very widely in hydraulic cylinders. Having shorter inner lio, ODU seals are especially designed for rod applications. If you require higher temperature resistance, you can also choose FKM (viton) material.
ODU Piston seal is a lip-seal which fits tightly in the groove.It is applicable to all kinds of construction machinery and hydraulic mechanical cylinders with high temperature, high pressure, and other harsh conditions.

ODU piston seal works very widely in hydraulic cylinders, it has shorter outer sealing lip. It is designed especially for piston applications.
ODU Piston seals are work to seal in fluid, thus preventing the flow of fluid across the piston, allowing pressure to build up on one side of the piston.

OK RING Hydraulic seals – Piston seals – Double acting piston seal
The OK ring as piston seals are mainly used for heavy duty hydraulic equipment, which are especially applicable for double-acting piston. When installed into the bore, the diameter of the OK profile is compressed to close the step cut in the cap to provide excellent, drift free sealing performance. The glass filled nylon sealing surface handles the toughest applications. It will resist shock loads, wear, contamination, and will resist extrusion or chipping when passing over cylinder ports. The rectangular NBR elastomer energizer ring ensures resistance to compression set to increase seal life.

TPU GLYD RING Hydraulic seals – Piston seals – Double acting piston seal
The double acting BSF Glyd ring is a combination of a slipper seal and an energizing o ring. It is produced with an interference fit which together with the squeeze of the o ring ensures a good sealing effect even at low pressure. At higher system pressures, the o ring is energized by the fluid, pushing the glyd ring against the sealing face with increased force.
BSF works perfectly as double acting piston seals of hydraulic components such as injection molding machine, machine tools, presses, excavators, forklifts & handling machinery, agriculture equipment, valves for hydraulic &pneumatic circuits and so on.

DAS/KDAS Hydraulic seals – Piston seals – Double acting compact seal
The DAS compact seal is a double acting seal, it is consisted from one NBR ring in the middle, two polyester elastomer back-up rings and two POM rings. The profile seal ring seals in both the static and dynamic range while the the back-up rings prevent extrusion into the sealing gap, the function of the of the guide ring is guiding the piston in the cylinder tube and absorbing the transverse forces.
